Psychologist

Rates are based on a sliding scale:
$100 - $140 per 50 minute session

Services for sessions may be  covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan as an Out-of-Network provider.

Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following  questions: 

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits? 
• What is my deductible and has it been met? 
• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover? 
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session? 
• Is approval required from my primary care physician? 

I can provide you with a statement of payments for services which you can submit to your insurer.

Payment is due at  the time of service.

Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted.

A 24-hour cancellation notification is required.

I reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of $25.00 if you do not notify me within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. Any client who misses an appointment without prior notification is considered a “no-show”. Under this, and similar circumstances, a client may be required to pre-pay for the next session.
